Cerberus Spelaeological Society
Covid-19 - Use of Larkshall from 19th July 2021

In keeping with the changes to Government Guidance and Regulation which came into effect on Monday 19th July 2021, the following facilities can be used at Larkshall.

Every visitor to Larkshall is reminded that they, as an individual, have a duty to follow the national Covid-19 guidance and remaining restrictions.

In keeping with this, it is still a requirement that ALL visitors to Larkshall MUST sign the Track and Trace system in place.

This can be done by either scanning the NHS Track and Trace QR codes on display at every entrance and by signing the Signing-In Book with the mandatory columns.

Any visitor should not access Larkshall if they have recently tested positive for Covid-19 or have been contacted by NHS Track and Trace and are still in their period of Self-Isolation.

Facilities for handwashing and sanitisation will still be in place at Larkshall.

It is requested that any visitor to Larkshall cleans all surfaces before and after use. Cleaning supplies will be available for this in the kitchen

Indoor areas should also be kept as well ventilated as is reasonably possible.

Both Members and Guests are now able to stay at Larkshall with no restrictions on numbers.

Members are still requested to look at the diary and book through the Bookings Officer as at present we do not have a designated Members Bunkroom and you may not wish to share with Guests.

Guest groups must book with the Booking's Officer.

All the facilities at Larkshall are now able to be used fully, without restrictions on Social Gathering or Social Distancing.

This includes but is not limited to.

• Changing Room and Showers
• Tackle Store
• Bunkrooms
• Social Spaces inside and out.
• Kitchen

Club Kit and Keys should now be returned to the Tackle Store and signed back into the Tackle Log.

Quarantine of Kit and Keys is no longer required.
